6 ALBANY Best of Both White Buns
soft butter, for spreading
¼ cup (60ml) chutney
9 slices sandwich ham
300g mozzarella, grated
For the mustard butter
80g butter, melted
1 tablespoon (15ml) wholegrain mustard
1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut the ALBANY Best of Both White Buns open without breaking the buns apart.
2 Spread the cut sides of the buns with butter. Pack the bottom halves into a 40cm x 23cm baking dish and spoon the chutney over. Top with the ham and then the mozzarella. Sandwich the top of the buns on.
3 For the mustard butter, combine the ingredients and pour over the buns. Bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese has melted.
