- 2 cups beef, cut into strips
- 2 cups savoy cabbage, shredded
- 6 tablespoons (90ml) oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 large yellow pepper, roughly chopped
- 1 large red pepper, roughly chopped
- 1 green pepper, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Rocket leaves, for serving
- In a large frying pan, heat oil. Fry ginger until soft.
- Add beef. Stir-fry until tender and remove from pan.
- Add cabbage and peppers. Stir fry for 8–10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked, but still crunchy.
- Return beef. Add oyster sauce and seeds. Mix well.
- Serve with rocket leaves.
