Glazed Onions

Ingredients
- 8 onions, peeled and roughly chopped
- ½ cup (125ml) oil
- ½ cup (125ml) balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons castor sugar
- ½ cup (125ml) vegetable stock
- 1 cup spring onions, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, cubed.
Instructions
- In a frying pan, heat the oil.
- Cook the onions for 4-5minutes, turning occasionally.
- Add the vinegar, sugar and stock. Let it simmer and until thickened.
- Transfer to the serving plate and finish with cheese and spring onions.
- Serve immediately.
