Serves: 3–4
- 6 trimmed lamb chops, grilled
- 1 cup red grapes
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) oil
- 1 red onion, roughly chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ cup (125ml) red wine
- 1 cup (250ml) stock
- 1 bay leaf
- Handful thyme
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Mustard sauce, for serving
- Roasted carrots, for serving
Slow cooked trotters and lentils
- Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add grapes, wine, stock, bay leaf, thyme and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until it thickens.
- Serve with lamb chops, mustard sauce and carrots.
