Mini Chocolate Pies

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped chocolate
- 1 cup minced fruit
- 1 lemon rind
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 roll short pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Combine chocolate, minced fruit, lemon rind and juice.
- Cut out 8 – 10 pastry discs using a round pastry cutter and place on greased muffin tray. Spoon the filling in. Cut star shapes with remaining pastry, and place on top. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Serve hot.
