- 10 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) oil
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- Cherry tomatoes, for serving
- Grilled lemon slices, for serving
- Pitta bread, for serving
- Pesto, for serving
- Mixed herbs, for serving

- Mix yoghurt, oil, curry powder, cumin, cinnamon, coriander and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken to the marinade, and place in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
- Heat griddle pan. Grill chicken for 8–10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with tomatoes, lemon, bread, pesto and mixed herbs.
