Onions Wedges and Sausages

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) oil
- 8-10 pork cocktails sausages
- 4 large red onions, cut into wedges
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a frying pan, heat the oil.
- Add the sausages and fry until light brown.
- Add the onion wedges, garlic and chilli and fry for a further 10-15 minutes.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
