Prep time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2
- 2 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 3 cups (750ml) almond milk
- ½ teaspoon almond essence
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- Mixed berries, for serving
- Honey, for serving
- Sliced figs, for serving
- Mint leaves, for serving
- In an airtight container, mix oats, seeds, milk, essence and yoghurt. Close with a lid.
- Refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving.
- Serve with mixed berries, honey, figs and mint leaves.
