Ingredients
- 4-5 cups penne pasta, cooked according to packet instructions
- 5 cups (1 litre) double cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup yellow cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream and cheeses.
- Add the pasta and seasoning.
- Spoon the pasta mixture into a greased oven dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
