Pork Chops In Curry Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 pork chops, grilled
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) curry paste
- 1 cup (250ml) cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced almonds to serve
- Parsley to serve
Instructions
- In a large frying pan. Heat butter, add onion and cook until soft.
- Add curry paste, cream and season well. Simmer until thick.
- Add pork chops. Remove from pan and sprinkle almonds.
- Serve with parsley.
