- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- 1 cup white chocolate sauce
- 1 cup cream
- Mint leaves, for serving
- Granadilla pips, for serving
- In a bowl, whisk cream until soft-peak stage. Carefully fold in coconut and chocolate sauce.
- Pour into dessert bowl and place into refrigerator until set.
- Serve with raspberries, mint leaves and granadilla pips.
