- 1 cup fresh strawberries, mashed
- 2 cups (500ml) double cream yoghurt
- ½ cup (125ml) condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons canned ginger, chopped
- Shortbread biscuits, for serving
1. In a large bowl, mix strawberries, condensed milk and ginger.
2. Stir in yoghurt. Mix well and freeze until soft peak.
3. Remove from the freezer about 10-15 mins before you want to serve the frozen yogurt.
4. Serve with shortbread biscuits.
