Ingredients
- ½ cup (125ml) orange juice
- 1 fresh chilli, minced
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 tablespoon hot paprika
- 2 tablespoon (30ml) soya sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12-14 chicken wings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, chilli, garlic, ginger, paprika, soya sauce and seasoning.
- Pour the sauce over chicken wings and marinade for 15-20 minutes.
- Place on oven tray with marinade and grill for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
