This tone and look came to me immediately after listening to the song for the first time. The song spoke to me in a real way and inspired me to create something original meshing old with new.

They say the sky is the limit and South African opera singer, Pretty Yende is certainly proving that. The star who’s originally from Piet Ritief is currently taking on the role of Rosina in Rossini’sIl Barbiere di Sivilgiaat the prestigious US Metropolitan Opera House. The opera runs from January 9 until February 11.
To promote the show as well as her album, A Journey she’s been appearing on some very popular US talk shows.
